These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, and text (SMS) messaging program provided by Legacy Growth Holdings Corp DBA HomeStretch Greater Boston (“HomeStretch Greater Boston,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
HomeStretch Greater Boston provides home preparation and improvement services that help homeowners and real estate agents get properties ready to list and sell. Our work is a one-stop shop for listing preparation and may include interior and exterior painting, flooring supply and installation, landscaping and yard cleanup, and other cosmetic updates and repairs intended to improve a property’s market appeal and sale value. We also provide related consultations, estimates, quotes, and project scheduling. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our web form, you agree to receive text messages from HomeStretch Greater Boston. These messaging terms are a part of these Terms of Service.
Our text messages may include: responses to your inquiries and quote requests; project and estimate updates; consultation, walkthrough, and service appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders; job status and completion notifications; billing and transaction reminders; customer-care and support responses; and occasional promotions related to our home preparation and improvement services.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any such charges.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the details in Section 3 to be removed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

You agree to provide accurate information, to only submit a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
All content, trademarks, and materials provided through our services are owned by Legacy Growth Holdings Corp DBA HomeStretch Greater Boston, or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Growth Holdings Corp DBA HomeStretch Greater Boston will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the messaging program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
